Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • understanding of team building and development
  • exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
  • demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills
  • flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • computer knowledge for basic office functions
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes up to 35 lbs
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years minimum catering sales and/or event planning experience in off-site catering, hotel or cultural attraction catering venue preferred
  • knowledge of BEO execution
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
  • financial management and planning skills
  • computer knowledge for basic office functions
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
  • handle all birthday inquiries
  • upsell and detail the event with the client
  • prepare contracts, BEOs, diagrams and other internal documents
  • provide thorough and timely communication with clients
  • collaborate with catering operations, culinary team and other departments to ensure operational excellence
  • uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
