Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
  • previous experience in event coordination and catering
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning and execution of various events
  • coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • manage event logistics including vendor coordination and scheduling
  • lead and supervise event staff to ensure smooth operation
  • ensure compliance with food and beverage service standards
  • resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events
  • conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement
