Job Requirements

Must have a Food Handlers Certificate
Experience in event or hospitality management preferred
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Part-time availability
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups

Job Duties

Assisting in unloading company vehicles
Delegating assignments to event staff for event set up, services and breakdown
Point of contact between event host, event planner and event staff
Ensures proper and efficient food services
Ensures the bartenders are set up and following all guidelines and company policies
Keeps track of event staff hours and breaks
Ensures that all staff are in proper uniform
Responsible for breakdown of the event, packing the truck, final walk through
Responsible to fill out all paperwork associated with the event
Responsible for turning in paperwork day of event
