Job Requirements
- minimum two years experience in catering or related food service business
- ability to lift medium weight objects (approx. 20-50 lbs)
- willingness to work in variable temperature environments
- ability to work from ladders or in awkward positions
- completion of a physical exam as part of the hiring process
- members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend

- experience in event coordination preferred
- leadership experience working with student or temporary staff
- proficiency in managing event logistics
- commitment to maintaining high service standards
Job Duties
- Supervise catered events
- coordinate with the customer regarding room setup and final service instructions
- coordinate with banquet captain for needed equipment
- consult with culinary staff for proper plate design and serving of meal
- supervise student staff at the event
- consult with custodial services regarding room setup
- assist with training of student staff by conducting or participating in training meetings
