Job Requirements
- 2 years experience in catering or related food service business
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting 20-50 lbs frequently
- Willingness to work in variable temperatures and wet conditions
- Ability to work from ladders or awkward positions
- Must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Physical exam required as part of hiring process
Job Qualifications
- 2 years experience in catering or related food service business
- Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in training and mentoring staff
- Familiarity with event setup and service protocols
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly

Job Duties
- Coordinate with customers regarding room setup and final service instructions
- Coordinate with Banquet Captain for needed equipment
- Consult with culinary staff for proper plate design and meal serving
- Supervise student staff at events
- Consult with custodial services regarding room setup
- Assist with training student staff by conducting or participating in training meetings
- Serve as Wedding Coordinator for BYU Catering when assigned
