Job Requirements
- Two years experience in catering or related food service business
- Ability to lift and handle medium weight objects up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in variable temperature environments
- Ability to work from ladders or in awkward positions
- Completion of a physical exam as part of the hiring process
- Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend

- Ability to manage multiple tasks during events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and supervising staff
Job Duties
- Coordinate with the customer regarding room setup and final service instructions
- Coordinate with banquet captain for needed equipment
- Consult with culinary staff for proper plate design and serving of meal
- Supervise student staff at the event
- Consult with custodial services regarding room setup
- Assist with training of student staff by conducting or participating in training meetings
