Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of culinary experience in catering, banquet, or similar settings
- strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation techniques, and food safety practices
- team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- ability to thrive in diverse environments including indoor and outdoor venues
Job Duties
- unload and set up kitchen or prep areas efficiently
- assist with creating visually appealing and well-organized food and action stations
- plate and present dishes with precision and care
- engage with guests professionally at live action stations
- collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service
- break down and clean prep areas after events
