Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of culinary experience
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation techniques, and food safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor event venues
  • Ability to thrive in diverse, fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of culinary experience in catering or banquet settings
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Understanding of food safety practices

  • Ability to engage with guests professionally

Job Duties

  • Unload and set up kitchen or prep areas efficiently
  • Assist in creating visually appealing and organized food and action stations
  • Plate and present dishes with high standards of quality and presentation
  • Engage guests professionally at live action stations including carving and pasta stations
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Break down and clean prep areas thoroughly after events
