Job Requirements
- Physical stamina to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to thrive in diverse environments including indoor and outdoor venues
- At least 1 year of culinary experience in a catering banquet or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation presentation techniques and food safety practices
- Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Unload and set up kitchen or prep areas efficiently at each event
- Assist with creating visually appealing and well-organized food and action stations
- Plate and present dishes with precision and care maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Engage professionally with guests at live action stations like carving or pasta stations
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth and efficient service from start to finish
- Break down and clean prep areas after events leaving the venue spotless and organized
