Job Requirements

Physical stamina to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
Ability to thrive in diverse environments including indoor and outdoor venues
At least 1 year of culinary experience in a catering banquet or similar setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation presentation techniques and food safety practices
Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Unload and set up kitchen or prep areas efficiently at each event
Assist with creating visually appealing and well-organized food and action stations
Plate and present dishes with precision and care maintaining quality and presentation standards
Engage professionally with guests at live action stations like carving or pasta stations
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth and efficient service from start to finish
Break down and clean prep areas after events leaving the venue spotless and organized
