Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a valid liquor license
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 5 to 10 pounds
- Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance
- Maintain uniform dress code
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
- Availability to work indoor or outdoor settings depending on the venue with varied weather conditions
- Availability to attend all training sessions as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and maneuver trays safely
- Valid liquor license or ability to obtain one
- At least 19 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to uniform dress code and grooming standards
- Lift and maneuver trays weighing 5 to 10 pounds
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attend all scheduled training sessions
