Job Requirements

Must be able to obtain a valid liquor license
Must be at least 19 years of age
Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Possess basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 5 to 10 pounds
Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance
Maintain uniform dress code
Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
Availability to work indoor or outdoor settings depending on the venue with varied weather conditions
Availability to attend all training sessions as scheduled

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift and maneuver trays safely
Valid liquor license or ability to obtain one
At least 19 years of age

Job Duties

Provide friendly and courteous service to guests
Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
Maintain clean and organized bar area
Adhere to uniform dress code and grooming standards
Lift and maneuver trays weighing 5 to 10 pounds
Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attend all scheduled training sessions
