Job Requirements
- Valid GA driver’s license
- Driver’s history reflecting no pattern of accidents or serious traffic violations
- Able to comfortably drive oversized catering vehicles
- Must pass a risk management insurance DMV check
- Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours at a time with frequent bending and lifting
- Lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid GA driver’s license
- Clean driver’s history with no pattern of accidents or serious traffic violations
- Experience driving oversized vehicles comfortably
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Familiarity with food safety and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of basic vehicle safety and maintenance
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Drive catering vehicle to job sites and supervise on-site setup
- Train and coach the team during jobs
- Utilize Varsity systems to manage catering job processes
- Implement controls for managing food and cash on catering jobs
- Represent The Varsity professionally to all guests at catering events
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food onsite
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate as necessary
- Accept and process customer payments onsite
- Load and unload catering vehicle based on inventory
- Complete product inventory and clean equipment after events
- Assist with non-catering assignments and other duties as assigned
