Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license required
- Clean driving record subject to annual review
- Subject to substance testing
- Background check required
- In some locations, CORI check required
- Well groomed and customer oriented
- Ability to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deliveries within structured time frame
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Ability to speak, understand and follow English instructions

Job Duties
- Handle each customer sales transaction in a courteous, friendly manner
- Commit to the golden rule and work with other associates to build a strong catering team
- Achieve high associate morale by working in a respectful, supportive and team oriented style
- Promote the company image as a service-oriented operation
- Coordinate orders with catering sales clerk
- Stay in constant contact with the catering sales clerk to resolve delivery issues
- Work efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
- Control proper storage and shipping of orders to limit shrink and damage
- Ensure proper customer service at delivery
- Practice proper on location customer service and communication
- Notify management of customer complaints, security problems and product issues
- Maintain clean and organized delivery van and coordinate equipment cleaning
- Keep maintenance records of gas and service
- Follow proper hand washing, food storage and handling procedures
- Maintain neat personal appearance including uniform adherence
- Be safety conscious on road and when lifting or moving products
- Operate and clean department equipment and tools
