Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same
- must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance
- state Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
- preferably a minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity
- restaurant or retail environment preferred
- possess strong guest service and communication skills
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must be proficient in basic math skills

Job Duties
- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
- begins and completes baking/food preparation
- assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
- makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
- responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
- works FOH or BOH as required
- responsible for clean-up duties
- empties trash as required
- maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
- checks bathrooms
- busses tables
- prepares food to spec and order request
- responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions
- prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
