- computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Spot On, Ecatering, Canva
- customer service skills
- Servsafe certification
- valid CT driver’s license

Job Duties
- Answer client phone calls and emails
- meet with catering clients
- make deliveries when needed with a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- be flexible with schedule to work night and weekend events as needed
- assist with catering billing and collections
- assist with café digital display, catering flyers and menu planning
- perform POS programming and manage online ordering with Spot On back-of-house cafe system
