Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year's experience in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain state-approved license
  • availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
  • reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
  • ability to pass a background check
  • maintain well-groomed appearance and adhere to uniform standards
  • demonstrate high level of organization, attention to detail and urgency
  • display positive and friendly attitude
  • ability to meet physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
  • polished and outgoing presence
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate catering operations with confidence and professionalism
  • manage sales and client retention efforts
  • execute events and oversee event logistics
  • maintain company catering systems
  • develop and train team members
  • collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless service
  • build lasting customer relationships
