Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry is required
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license and maintain per State mandates
- Available Monday-Friday 9-3 pm with ability to work flexible hours including early mornings for breakfast catering or weekends/evenings for events
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license and insurance, and ability to pass a background check
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and developing goals and action plans for growth
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Remain calm in a fast-paced atmosphere and demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and urgency
- Display positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- Manage all aspects of catering from sales and client retention to event execution and community outreach
- Maintain company catering systems
- Develop and train team members
- Work closely with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless service
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate new business
- Contribute to a positive team culture
