Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
  • Available Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
  • Reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and outwardly friendly attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • Positive and friendly attitude

Job Duties

  • Execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
  • Drive guest satisfaction and business growth
  • Manage all aspects of catering from sales and client retention to event execution and community outreach
  • Serve as a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant
  • Maintain company catering systems
  • Develop and train team members
  • Collaborate closely with General Manager and Market Manager to ensure seamless service
