Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
- Available Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- Reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and outwardly friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
- Strong knowledge of team leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- Drive guest satisfaction and business growth
- Manage all aspects of catering from sales and client retention to event execution and community outreach
- Serve as a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant
- Maintain company catering systems
- Develop and train team members
- Collaborate closely with General Manager and Market Manager to ensure seamless service
