Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
- Availability Monday-Friday 9-3 pm with flexible hours for early mornings, weekends, or evenings
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license, and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Well-groomed appearance and uniform compliance
- Calm under pressure with attention to detail and urgency
- Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing goals and action plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards

- Manage catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- Drive guest satisfaction and business growth
- Oversee sales and client retention activities
- Execute catering events and coordinate logistics
- Maintain company catering systems
- Develop and train team members
- Collaborate with General Manager and Marketing Manager Coordinator to ensure seamless service
