Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain per State mandates
- Available Monday-Friday, 9 am - 3 pm, with ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, or evenings
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license, and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
- Ability to work under fast-paced restaurant environment and meet physical demands
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain a State-approved license
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and developing personal and professional growth plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
Job Duties
- Execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- Manage catering sales and client retention
- Organize and oversee event execution
- Maintain company catering systems
- Develop and train team members
- Collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless service
- Build lasting customer relationships and drive new business
