Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain a state-approved license
- Availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexible hours including early mornings and weekends/evenings
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong leadership skills and professional growth mindset
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude toward guests
- Exceptional communication skills
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain and maintain a state-approved license
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of catering from sales to event execution
- Develop and train team members to ensure quality service
- Maintain company catering systems and records
- Collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless catering operations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive business growth through community outreach and client retention
- Uphold McAlister's standards of quality and guest satisfaction
