Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain a state-approved license
  • Availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexible hours including early mornings and weekends/evenings
  • Reliable personal transportation, valid license and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong leadership skills and professional growth mindset
  • Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and friendly attitude toward guests
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain and maintain a state-approved license
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of catering from sales to event execution
  • Develop and train team members to ensure quality service
  • Maintain company catering systems and records
  • Collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless catering operations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Drive business growth through community outreach and client retention
  • Uphold McAlister's standards of quality and guest satisfaction
