Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it
- available Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
- ability to pass background check
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- positive attitude towards guests
- physical ability to withstand restaurant environment demands
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year’s experience in casual restaurant industry
- experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
- positive and friendly attitude towards guests
Job Duties
- execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- drive guest satisfaction and business growth
- manage all aspects of catering including sales and client retention
- oversee event execution and community outreach
- maintain company catering systems
- develop and train team members
- collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless service
- build lasting customer relationships
- generate new business opportunities
- contribute to a positive team culture
