Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
- work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
- assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations
- coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams
- manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
- contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
