Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in a foodservice or related environment preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficient computer skills
  • knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • ability to work full-time onsite
  • flexibility to adhere to correctional facility policies if applicable

Job Duties

  • order food items as needed
  • maintain inventory and stock
  • ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget
  • fulfill and deliver food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner
  • ensure accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates
  • adhere to correctional facility standards and requirements
  • perform other duties as management may deem necessary
