Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event coordination or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Must be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Team-oriented and adaptable

  • Ability to manage logistics and coordinate events

Job Duties

  • Perform some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports
  • Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution
  • Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
