Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
  • Assist in menu planning including customization and dietary accommodations
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events including banquet culinary and audiovisual teams
  • Manage event timelines contracts and logistics to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in the preparation of event orders setup sheets and other necessary documentation
  • Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
