Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
- Assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams
- Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
- Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
