Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months clerical or secretarial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to learn the Delphi Catering Booking System
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional

- Good phone etiquette

- Excellent organizational skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as point-of-contact for system users and assist with login setup and training
- Communicate with software provider to resolve system issues
- Maintain and update menus, pricing, and event setup details in the booking system
- Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, contracts, and requests
- Manage telephone inquiries related to food and beverage and book banquet reservations
- Reconcile banquet revenue information and update account files
- Generate and distribute banquet event orders, estimate invoices, and receipts
- Maintain organized event files and documentation
- Assist in obtaining guarantee counts for food functions
- Support the Director of Catering with various projects and administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Represent the company positively and complete additional tasks as assigned
