Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months clerical or secretarial experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to learn the Delphi Catering Booking System
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months clerical or secretarial experience

Job Duties

  • Serve as point-of-contact for system users and assist with login setup and training
  • Communicate with software provider to resolve system issues
  • Maintain and update menus, pricing, and event setup details in the booking system
  • Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, contracts, and requests
  • Manage telephone inquiries related to food and beverage and book banquet reservations
  • Reconcile banquet revenue information and update account files
  • Generate and distribute banquet event orders, estimate invoices, and receipts
  • Maintain organized event files and documentation
  • Assist in obtaining guarantee counts for food functions
  • Support the Director of Catering with various projects and administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with occupational health and safety standards
  • Represent the company positively and complete additional tasks as assigned
