Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in catering or event coordination
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • proficiency with computers and relevant software
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to perform event setup and breakdown

  • experience in catering coordination or similar event management role

Job Duties

  • coordinate and manage catering events from initial inquiry through completion
  • collaborate with clients to customize menus and event details
  • liaise with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • attend client meetings and site inspections as necessary
  • maintain accurate records of events, contracts, and billing
  • manage inventory and ordering for catering supplies
  • resolve client issues promptly and professionally
