Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to communicate effectively
  • knowledge of catering operations

  • experience in event planning or catering coordination
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with event management software or tools is a plus

Job Duties

  • coordinate catering orders and manage client communications
  • plan and organize catering events ensuring all details are addressed
  • collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup
  • maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and event documentation
  • provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly
  • oversee catering staff during events to ensure smooth operations
  • assist in menu planning and pricing strategies
