Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer/sales support
  • Basic knowledge of catering, event coordination and operations
  • General interest in food and menu design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Available to work weekends and evenings during event days
  • Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment
  • Adherence to company uniform requirements
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or similar customer/sales support role
  • Basic knowledge of catering, event coordination and operations
  • Interest in food, menu design, and creative event development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce BEO software is a plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Renowned time management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and quick adaptability

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the premium and sales team
  • Provide game/event day support including weekends and evenings
  • Offer excellent customer service throughout the event lifecycle
  • Assist with client communications and respond to inquiries timely
  • Manage data entry, contract and BEO revisions ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate event information distribution with internal staff and management
  • Process correspondence, proposals, contracts, and BEOs promptly
  • Create and distribute menu signage for daily orders
  • Collaborate with accounting for billing and invoice processing
  • Manage outsourced vendor services and event orders
  • Attend tastings and client walk-throughs as applicable
  • Create personalized proposals, sample menus, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
  • Attend BEO meetings and assist with design and décor elements as needed
  • Perform additional related duties as required
