Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality, or related field
  • minimum 2 years hospitality industry experience or similar customer/sales support role
  • basic knowledge of catering, event coordination, and operations
  • general interest in food, menu design, and event development
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
  • ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
  • adherence to company uniform requirements
  • ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
  • reliable and dependable work ethic
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality, or related field

  • basic knowledge of catering, event coordination, and operations
  • general interest in food, menu design, and creative event development
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with Salesforce BEO software is a plus

  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • strong attention to detail with quick learning and adaptability

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to premium and sales teams
  • provide game and event day support including weekends and evenings as required
  • offer excellent customer service throughout planning, event day, and post-event
  • assist with client communications via phone and email
  • perform data entry and contract/BEO revisions
  • focus primarily on private events and assist Game Day Coordinator during crossover seasons
  • communicate and distribute event information to internal staff and departments
  • process correspondence, proposals, contracts, and BEOs accurately and timely
  • create and distribute menu signs
  • work with accounting on client billing and payments
  • manage outsourced vendor services including orders and invoices
  • attend tastings and client walkthroughs
  • create personalized proposals and sample menus
  • attend BEO meetings
  • assist with design and décor
  • perform other related duties as required
