Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry or similar customer/sales support role
  • Basic knowledge of catering, event coordination and operations
  • General interest in food, menu design, and event development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings, particularly during football season
  • Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer/sales support roles
  • Basic knowledge of catering, event coordination and operations
  • General interest in food, menu design, and creative event development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce BEO software is a plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the premium and sales team in servicing clients
  • Provide game/event day support including weekends and evenings, especially during football season
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout event planning and execution
  • Assist with client communications including taking calls and responding to emails
  • Perform data entry and contract/BEO revisions ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate event information with internal staff and departments
  • Process proposals, contracts, correspondence, and BEOs timely
  • Create and distribute menu signage for orders
  • Work with accounting on client billing and invoice processing
  • Manage outsourced vendor services including orders and invoicing
  • Attend tastings and client walk-throughs as needed
  • Create personalized proposals, sample menus, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices for sales manager approval
  • Attend BEO meetings
  • Assist with design and décor elements as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required
