Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or other related field
  • minimum 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry or similar customer or sales support role
  • basic knowledge of catering, event coordination and operations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
  • adherence to company uniform requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, sales, management, hospitality or related field
  • bachelors degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years of hospitality industry or similar customer or sales support experience
  • basic knowledge of catering, event coordination, and operations
  • general interest in food, menu design, and creative event development
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with Salesforce BEO software a plus
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • strong time management and organization abilities
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to learn and adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the premium and sales team
  • provide game and event day support including weekends and evenings
  • deliver excellent customer service throughout event planning and execution
  • assist with client communications including calls and emails
  • manage data entry and contract or BEO revisions
  • focus on private events and support Game Day Coordinator during crossover seasons
  • communicate event information to internal staff and managers
  • process correspondence, proposals, contracts, and BEOs
  • create and distribute menu signs for daily orders
  • work with accounting on client billing, payments, and invoice processing
  • manage outsourced vendor services including orders, communication, and invoice processing
  • attend tastings and client walk-throughs
  • create personalized proposals, sample menus, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
  • attend BEO meetings as applicable
  • assist with design and decor elements
  • perform other related duties as required
