Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of leadership experience in foodservice
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid alcohol servers' permit or ability to obtain
- Availability to work during event days including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- One year of leadership experience, preferably in foodservice setting
- Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit
Job Duties
- Answer telephones and emails in a professional and client centric manner, Monday - Friday and gamedays
- Contact clients to collect foodservice orders and process payment
- Create hot and cold sheets for kitchen staff, by event
- Ensure foodservice orders are delivered on time and accurately
- Oversee end of night break down of premium areas, including suites and pantry
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, managers and culinary department
- Perform end of night reporting and oversee counts of liquor product
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Follow Levy Safety and Sanitation practices and train when necessary
- Assist in managing other premium areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
