Job Description

Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, a prominent venue known for hosting a variety of entertainment and sporting events, is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a part-time seasonal position. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of leadership experience in foodservice
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Valid alcohol servers' permit or ability to obtain
  • Availability to work during event days including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • One year of leadership experience, preferably in foodservice setting
  • Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit

Job Duties

  • Answer telephones and emails in a professional and client centric manner, Monday - Friday and gamedays
  • Contact clients to collect foodservice orders and process payment
  • Create hot and cold sheets for kitchen staff, by event
  • Ensure foodservice orders are delivered on time and accurately
  • Oversee end of night break down of premium areas, including suites and pantry
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, managers and culinary department
  • Perform end of night reporting and oversee counts of liquor product
  • Assist with monthly inventory
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Follow Levy Safety and Sanitation practices and train when necessary
  • Assist in managing other premium areas as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
