Job Requirements
- High School education
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in institutional food production with catered events
- Excellent culinary skills in quantity food production and catering
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety principles
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to stand and lift for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Produces food for the patient, cafeteria, catering, and satellite sites
- Maintains production controls while providing adequate food supplies to assigned areas
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards of the department
- Contributes to the achievement of excellence following departmental and hospital guidelines
- Performs responsibilities of Third Cook and Lead Cook
- Provides bake shop assistance as needed to meet operational needs
- Complies with all health and safety regulations
