Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between hotel departments and clients
- balance client service with hotel profitability
- coordinate menu arrangements for conference clients
- assist with off-premise details affecting service delivery
- maintain accurate space blocks in group function log
- support revenue growth by managing additional service fees
- conduct prospecting, outside sales calls, and networking events
- coordinate pre-planning meetings and prepare Conference Profiles
- provide comprehensive post-conference reports and review client invoices
- adhere to company policies and procedures
