Job Duties

  • Serve as the liaison between hotel departments and clients
  • balance client service with hotel profitability
  • coordinate menu arrangements for conference clients
  • assist with off-premise details affecting service delivery
  • maintain accurate space blocks in group function log
  • support revenue growth by managing additional service fees
  • conduct prospecting, outside sales calls, and networking events
  • coordinate pre-planning meetings and prepare Conference Profiles
  • provide comprehensive post-conference reports and review client invoices
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
