Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in full-service offsite catering
- Food Manager Certification
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Must be available on Mondays
- Must be willing to work offsite events
- Catering kitchen hours 9am-4pm
- Offsite chef hours 3pm-10pm
- Able to handle multiple workloads at once
- Valid Texas driver s license with good driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Listens and follows through and asks questions
- Cleaning up and breaking down after events
- Able to follow very specific clients needs
- Positive attitude
- Respectful of clients homes and offices
- Punctuality is important

Job Duties
- Prepare food onsite in the catering kitchen for various events
- Serve as the offsite chef during catering events overseeing food presentation and service
- Load and unload catering vans including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Follow clients specific instructions and dietary needs accurately
- Clean up and breakdown after events ensuring all areas are left spotless
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during both onsite prep and offsite service
- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times
