Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in full-service offsite catering
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be available on Mondays
  • Must be willing to work offsite events
  • Catering kitchen hours 9am-4pm
  • Offsite chef hours 3pm-10pm
  • Able to handle multiple workloads at once
  • Valid Texas driver s license with good driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Listens and follows through and asks questions
  • Cleaning up and breaking down after events
  • Able to follow very specific clients needs
  • Positive attitude
  • Respectful of clients homes and offices
  • Punctuality is important

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food onsite in the catering kitchen for various events
  • Serve as the offsite chef during catering events overseeing food presentation and service
  • Load and unload catering vans including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Follow clients specific instructions and dietary needs accurately
  • Clean up and breakdown after events ensuring all areas are left spotless
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during both onsite prep and offsite service
  • Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times
