Job Duties
- Work closely with private customers and event planners to prepare a variety of food for different functions and events as per client requirements and specifications
- Provide the highest possible standard of catering to clients by managing all aspects of catering provision
- Assist with catering menu development when necessary
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and sanitary work environment
- Manage food inventory and purchasing while controlling food costs
- Prepare food items in a timely manner
- Minimize raw material and food wastage
- Plate and present food attractively
- Assist in training junior chefs and kitchen support staff
