Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Food safety knowledge and adherence
Valid driver’s license for optional driving duties

Job Duties

Assist with food setup, heating, and final plating during events
Support smooth back-of-house operations and service flow
Maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation standards
Follow food safety and handling best practices
Help with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of event kitchens
Collaborate with chefs and service staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Drive company vehicle for food transport and delivery (optional)
