Job Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of fine dining or catering experience in a high volume operation
- Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive a commercial vehicle
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50+ pounds
- Must be flexible to work nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business
- Must hold or be willing to obtain NYC Food Handlers Certificate
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

- Wood fired pizza experience preferred
- NYC Food Handlers Certificate preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a commercial vehicle

Job Duties
- Work closely with the private events and catering team on menu planning, event timelines and execution
- Conceptualize creative and evolving event menu items based on seasonal availability and client preferences
- Execute all product ordering for catering department
- Schedule BOH catering staff according to weekly event schedule
- Schedule and execute prep hours ahead of events
- Ensure that all Roberta's standards are met and executed throughout menu plating, preparation, delivery, set-up, service, and breakdown of events
- Perform other job-related duties such as packing, loading and unloading catering van for off-site events
- Maintain a neat and organized work station by complying with NYC Health Department standards
- Work closely with the existing Roberta's teams, on campus, to utilize the occasionally dynamic workplace our campus entails
