Job Requirements

  • Previous coffee/barista experience
  • Previous food service experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous catering experience
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Must possess or able to obtain valid food handler’s permit
  • Must possess or able to obtain alcohol server’s permit where required

Job Duties

  • Manages a team of no less than 5 employees
  • maintains dishes, pot sinks, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition
  • sets up and serves food as needed
  • breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean
  • assembles and delivers all food and supplies between buildings to their scheduled location
  • coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure all functions are delivered, served and cleared in a timely fashion
  • interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner
