Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification (preferred or required, depending on location)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Set up and break down the bar area for events
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Verify customer age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, if required
- Engage with guests professionally and courteously
- Follow all company policies, including alcohol service and safety regulations
