Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mixing drinks, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification (preferred or required, depending on location)
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down the bar area for events
  • Mix, garnish, and serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Verify customer age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, if required
  • Engage with guests professionally and courteously
  • Follow all company policies, including alcohol service and safety regulations
