Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or 21 depending on state alcohol laws
- Prior bartending experience especially in event or banquet settings preferred
- Must have alcohol certification such as TABC if applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Capability to work in a fast-paced setting standing for long hours
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional conduct and teamwork
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in event or banquet settings
- TABC or other applicable alcohol certification required if in Texas or as mandated
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
- Team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Set up and stock the bar before events, ensuring all supplies are ready and available
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or guest specifications
- Verify identification and ensure guests meet legal age requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area throughout the event
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash and credit transactions if applicable, and complete sales accurately
- Assist with event breakdown and bar cleanup
- Work closely with catering staff and supervisors to ensure smooth service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol laws and company policies
