Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid TABC or state alcohol certification
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to verify legal drinking age by checking photo IDs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- TABC certification or applicable state alcohol certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume service with accuracy and professionalism
- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and standard cocktails
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Follow state alcohol laws and company policies for safe alcohol service
- Check photo IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Set up and break down bar stations, including stocking supplies and organizing inventory
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly bar throughout service
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Provide a friendly, welcoming, and efficient guest experience
- Communicate supply needs and issues to management
- Collaborate with catering and event staff to support service flow
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and report concerns to supervisors immediately
