Job Requirements

  • Complete high school education or equivalent
  • Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Must be legally eligible to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, co-worker interaction, and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age
  • Communicate alcohol service cut-offs to guests as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • Request and restock product as needed
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work station
  • Set up and breakdown bar equipment
  • Assist with organization of the cooler
  • Perform other duties as assigned
