Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system required

Job Duties

Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests
Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift
