Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
  • Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending experience required
  • Orientation and on-the-job training are provided
  • Must be pleasant courteous and enjoy working with people
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Must be able to smile maintain positive body language and consistently provide positive guest service
  • Must be able to make generalizations evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner in complete uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
  • Must maintain a friendly positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy
  • Product inventories must correspond with total sales
  • Sets up maintains breaks down and cleans work area including garnishes
  • Restocks and maintains inventory of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with other operating supplies
  • Maintains a clean neat and safe work environment
  • Communicates with Supervisors and Management with any issues or concerns
  • Ability to comply with Company service standards and inventory control procedures
  • Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
  • Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
  • Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management
