Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to move and handle boxes up to 35lbs
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • communicate directly with hiring manager for accommodation requests

  • uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures

  • excelled problem solving and decision making skills
  • ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties
  • previous bartending or event industry experience a plus
  • all education backgrounds eligible

Job Duties

  • Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
  • oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product
  • fulfill guest's needs quickly and efficiently as well as resolve complaints effectively
  • meet expectations of proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of their bar(s) during each event
  • execute duties for overall productivity of banquet events as assigned
  • express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind
  • maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly
