Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service or banquets
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more
  • Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card
  • Valid OLCC Service Permit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior experience in private dining or banquets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service during catering functions
  • Interact with members, guests, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform set-up and take down of food and beverage stations, guest tables, and event areas
  • Execute food orders promptly and accurately
  • Monitor food distribution and accommodate special dietary needs
  • Collaborate with Banquet Captain or Catering Manager for smooth event execution
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment around catering areas
  • Work flexibly across various events, managing multiple assignments
  • Attend training classes to enhance skills and knowledge
