Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in banquet, catering, or high-volume restaurant settings
  • Expertise in implementing and upholding safety and sanitation best practices
  • Thorough understanding of proper food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Willingness to take on any task necessary to ensure event success
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts including shifts longer than 8 hours and weeks exceeding 40 hours

  • Experience in banquet, catering, or high-volume restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Assist the chef in executing banquets according to banquet event order details and company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following comprehensive cleaning procedures
  • Participate in scheduled deep cleaning tasks
  • Receive and inspect deliveries from approved suppliers ensuring freshness and quality
  • Stock all food items following food safety protocols and FIFO procedures
  • Ensure every dish meets quality standards and delights guests
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create a seamless event experience
